Wear a Fallen Star

Catch and wear a falling star?

Legend says that silver comes from stars that the Milky Way was a river of silver in the sky.

Silver, like gold, is too soft to sue for jewelry in its pure form. Hence, sterling silver is usually combined with up to 7 1/2 percent copper. “Fine Silver” is a term reserved for the pure metal, used when softness is a virtue, as in bezels formed around stones to hold them in place.
All silver tarnishes. Store it in special silver cloth bags. Polishing can provide a variety of different finishes from a soft matte glow to a “mirror finish”. Mirror finishes show every finger mark and scratch, less brilliant finishes are more practical.
